Types of plastic
The recycling plant can reprocess all types of plastic packaging, for example; farm films, MRF derived films, post-consumer packaging, typical PE retail film grades (98.2, 95.5, 80.20 and below) and plastic bottles (both segregated and mixed).
Utilising the latest technology, the plant can handle plastics which are heavily contaminated with elements such as food and agricultural by-products. For example, the process easily handles levels of contamination in excess of 50% by weight.
The plant also processes less contaminated plastic and offers payment for many baled film materials that may currently be exported either directly or via an export agent.
